When we were asked to pitch against two other agencies for the Accountancy Recruitment firm, Nigel Lynn's business, we decided to research how both candidates and recruiters viewed the existing ads in the marketplace. The clear result was that they felt their industry was being portrayed as dull and uninspired. To counter this, we came up with a bright, colourful (and pitch winning) campaign that showed accountants to be real human beings rather than just numbers.
